THEORY OF SOCIAL CONSTRUCTIONISIM AND NORMATIVITY

If any socially constructed theories by the founder or the successor used by the company are found to be similar to normative socially constructed theories amendments to the existing theory must occur to integrate such theories and dissolve the previous.  In scientific observation, people can observe a specific phenomenon and come up with the same facts, evidence and supporting evidence.  The Scientific Method is a way by which phenomena occurring in the environment can be looked at and Scientist collect data on these.  By making a hypothesis, Scientist can test their premonition as the phenomena is actioned.  Such action creates data by which it is supported or is contrary to the hypothesis.  In the experiment phase, the data is produced and is constantly analyzed.  Variables and controls serve as a method by which a hypothesis can be further examined.  For example if the hypothesis is, “the variable is going to react negatively to a proposition” the control then must be told and be aware of the proposition.  By having variables and controls, the Scientist can observe and create data as action occurs.  Theory used within Erations Conglomerate are used and functioned within the company.  The base of theories was needed to action the philosophy of the company.  It is the theory that created the company.  Since the theory base was a social construction of the founder by his expertise, and not a product of data base research it is possible that existing theories that are similar have already been published.  These theories are likely to have ascertained greater normativity in the community.  When and if these theories exist, and are found by the founder or the successor, the fusion of theory occurs via the integration process.  The integration process involves testing the scope, the parsimony, testability, empiricism, tautology, probability/ plausibility, validity (Akers 2013).  It also requires the use of other theories to validate the socially constructed and the normative theory into a single theory.  Theory creation within the company allows it to function and such theories are the foundation by which the structure of the company is erected.  Without a theory base, there would be no estopple.  Estopples serve to create intent and intent is something that the company values.  It is intent that ensures that the company has a solid agenda and plan.  It is this agenda that helps investor confidence as the share value rises.  With high investor confidence, the company is positioned in such a way that its value remains high.  In short, when socially constructed theories are created, there is a possibility that the echo chamber reify and validates such theory.  As mentioned, there could be similar theories or people that have observed the phenomena or similar phenomena and these people create similar facts, through similar evidence and supporting evidence. 

THEORY OF STANDARDIZATION

Social normativity causes people to act in normative ways causing validation resulting in standardization. Essentially homogeny.  Standardization is a result of similar values beliefs and morals with respect to rule of law.  These create a perspective.  Perspectives can change throughout time.  Perspective is a result of realism.  Realism is the political idea that says that countries serve its national interest.  The Theory of Standardization occurs because of these reasons.  It are standardized through the educational institutions within the country.  The educational institutions can vary in interest.  In multiple countries, education is used as a means of propaganda.  This occurs in China, Japan, Russia, Moldova amongst others.  In America, it is used as a method to promote capitalism in a bid to maximize gains and minimize losses via the capitalist economy.  Perspective plays a major role in standardization, and it is standardization that creates the conformity in society.  Henceforth, Erations Conglomerate is an interest group with its own agenda.  Its theories serve as a method to bring the company upright and it is possible that there are similar theories that exist be it domestically or abroad.  What is interesting to note about the company is that it uses Monteque’s separation of powers to create various strategic business units with separate values.  It is these values that reinforce the agency within the company as it operates within regions that perhaps have similar or contrasting values.  The company operates according to the laws of the land and ensures that it functions at the highest level with the following principles: supranationalism, multidisciplinary management and interpersonal cooperation.  Supranationalisim is the belief that the company operates with a multinational perspective.  Multidisciplinary management means that Political Science is actioned in such a way that it concerns multiple disciplines educated within the institutions of the country.  And Interpersonal communication involves the creation of multimedia and the communication with individuals that have similar interests.  With these principles holding the company together and its SBU’s with the individual values it is hoped that the company affects normativity in the regions it proliferates, penetrates and develops.  It is then expected that with such structure holding the company together, it has a possibility to affect the concept of standardization.  Standardization occurs because a specific interest group has the “influence” on the authoritative body of the region.  The “influence” of Erations Conglomerate is that it attempts to action “best practice” in its activity. 

 THEORY OF PRIORITY

Priority is a factor that is always important to theory.  There are certain theories that when used and integrated together have a priority order.  In other words, one theory takes precedence over another.  The priority comes from the interest of the company.  And this interest is a correlate of its perspective.  As it pertains to countries, realism serves as the method by which priority is determined.  In the Legal field, it is the “rule of law”.  In the Medical field, it is the “health concern.”  As it pertains to products released within the macroscopic environment, it is the “use”.  When it relates to the consumer, the priority is interested via the “design.”  What is interesting to note here is that these are all based on the Theory of Utility.  What use is this?  How does it affect interest with regards and concern to the circumstance, situation and scenario?  In short, interest is the cause of priority and utility is a main factor that affects interest because it serves to address a need or a want. 

THEORY OF SUBSTANTIATED TRANSITION 

Theory is tested via the Scientific Method.  In this method, facts, evidence and supporting evidence create proof.  These data serve to maximize gains and minimize losses.  When theory is published, individuals can replicate the experiment.  Through this process, a database is created and causes and effects are determined for actions regarding the phenomena.  By determining this, action can be substantiated.  When this occurs approaches, concepts or models can be created.  The creation of an approach or concept or model says that the theory was substantiated enough to initiate further action resulting in these.  The approach, concept or model are evaluated, and it creates a product that is practically based on the theory.
